1. Order Cancellation Window
We understand that study plans or requirements may change. You may cancel your order free of charge under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Allowed: Within 24 hours of placing your order, or at any time prior to shipment dispatch.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our delivery courier, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. In such cases, you may refuse delivery at your doorstep or request a return upon arrival under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order quickly, choose any of the following convenient options:
- Helpline Call / WhatsApp: Message or call us directly at +91-8824962419 (Mon-Sat, 10 AM to 6 PM) with your Order ID.
- Email Support: Send an email to support@payalbookhouse.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request - [Your Order ID]".
3. Cancellation by Payal Book House
In rare situations where a title is out of print from the publisher, stock is depleted, or the delivery address falls outside our courier coverage area, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such events, we will notify you immediately and process a 100% full refund.
4. Refund Turnaround for Cancellations
For prepaid cancellations approved before dispatch, the full refund is initiated immediately and credited back to your original source account (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your banking provider.
